  • 2 apples, diced

  • 2 oranges, peeled and segmented

  • 2 pears, diced

  • 2 tablespoons honey

  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed orange juice

  • 1 teaspoon orange zest

  • 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice

  • Fresh mint leaves for garnish
