The idea for this eCookbook was born while I was preparing these decadent and nutritious meals for professional NBA athletes but I was left with simple and boring meals for myself (like rice cake with peanut butter and jelly). This was because I put all of my time into cooking for others! I knew I wasn't the only one with limited time. So I decided to create an eCookbook with a total of 35 recipes that only take 30 minutes from start to finish and call for less than 10 ingredients.
