Why I Actually Love FlavCity Protein Powder

Salted Caramel Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup milk of choice

  • 2 Medjool dates, pitted

  • 1 tablespoons tahini or almond butter

  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon 

  • Pinch sea salt

  • 1 cup frozen cauliflower rice

  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract 

  • Ice cubes as needed

When I Reach for Electrolytes
