How to Take Seed Ds-01® Daily Synbiotic
When you first get them in the mail, transfer it from the compostable packet to the glass green jar.
Start by taking 1 Seed Synbiotic capsule first thing in the morning before coffee, tea or breakfast.
I like to place mine right next to my toothbrush, because right after I tongue scrape and brush my teeth, I take the probiotics.
Start with just taking 1 probiotic capsule for about 4-5 days until your stomach adapts to the new probiotics and prebiotics.
After 4-5 days, up the dosage to 2x/day.
Alternatively, you can take it at the end of the day before bed (2-3 hours after food).
Note: it works best when taken on an empty stomach.

This one might be a little tricky but I try my best to avoid eating while stressed. Eating in a relaxed state can help your body digest food more effectively, promoting better gut health.
Staying hydrated by drinking plenty of water is so important as it supports digestion and helps maintain optimal gut function.
